NFG HYROX CLASSES

HYROX BLAST
Monday 06:00 – 07:00

High intensity group session suitable for members looking for a full body cardio fix. Working individually or in small groups you'll be supported throughout this session by your team mates and coach to get your week off to the best possible start.

HYROX STRENGTH ADVANCED
Monday 19:15 – 20:30

100% strength guided by our head of performance and S&C degree qualified coach Josh Taylor. This advanced session is aimed at more experienced gym members who are confident in their own ability to lift safely. Uses a range of equipment with a big focus on barbell and dumbbell work.

HYROX BLAST
Wednesday 06:00 – 07:00

Just like Monday morning Blast, Wednesday is equally as heart racing and challenging your fitness levels. Working in groups you'll be tasked with finishing the session plan before the clock hits 7am. All 'Blast' sessions leave you feeling wide awake and ready for whatever the day throws at you.

HYROX STRENGTH INTERMEDIATE
Wednesday 19:15 – 20:30

Another 100% strength guided session delivered by our head of performance and S&C degree qualified coach Josh Taylor. The intermediate session is aimed at gym members who are keen to get involved in strength programming and understand the value of regular strength training.

HYROX PERFORMANCE
Friday 18:30 – 20:00

A 90-minute session designed to test fitness & character. You'll be grouped with members of similar fitness levels and under the pressure of a time limit you need to get through the session utilising team work and strong communication skills. This session is only available to members on the Hyrox package.

PERFORMANCE RUN

New for summer 2026 – NFG heads outside in numbers to cater for all running enthusiasts with a variety of session plans. We aim to help you with speed & endurance. Don't worry about speed, we don't. The ability to jog non-stop for 1km is more than enough to get involved.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Friday 06:00 – 07:00

Our Friday mornings are less intense than the BLAST sessions with more focus on strength however there's still the high intensity 'Finisher' to look forward to. This session is perfect for all abilities you'll be paired up appropriately and receive expert guidance from start to finish.

CORE & MOBILITY
Thursday 18:45 – 19:45

This session is perfect for members wanting to slow things down or new starters looking to build a solid foundation before moving onto something more intense. Our qualified coach will take you through a range of stretching, mobility & core exercises guaranteed to activate those 'forgotten' muscles.

SUPER SATURDAY

Super Saturdays are a wind down from the night before, with a mix of strength, light cardio and mobility exercises this session caters for all abilities. It's a great starting point for anyone returning after a break from training and/or those who enjoy the social aspect as well as variety.

RE-BUILD STRENGTH

Under the expert guidance of Reanne Francis RE-BUILD is a progressive strength sesh that supports and builds longevity, robustness and capacity. Each training block will be periodized to build and peak your strength. You will learn how to train with intent and precision using a mixture of barbells, dumbbells, sleds and more! Suitable for all levels no matter how far along your health and fitness journey you are.

Our indoor/outdoor bootcamp is perfect for everyone from beginners to the most experienced gym goers. Bootcamp is as much about social as it is about training. It’s the best way to immerse yourself into the NFG way of life with tonnes of support & guided coaching through a range of strength and cardio exercises. Most of NFG members started with a season of bootcamp, made new friends and fell in love with group training.

NFG SIMULATION SERIES
This is where you see how you actually perform.
The Sunday Sim Series is a 6-week training cycle designed to build engine capacity and master functional fitness competition standards across the ‘BIG 5’, DEKA, ATHX, HYROX, DEADLY DOZEN & METRIX to improve race strategy and develop your ability to execute under pressure.
Each block focuses on key movements and performance skills, with a shift away from traditional coaching towards guided assessment and feedback—helping you understand how you move, pace, and perform when it matters. The series will finish with a high intensity simulation event, giving you the opportunity to test and measure your progress in a competition-style environment.
