Des is a person who likes to bring the fun into every workout. However, this warrants hard work and desire to improve every day.

 

He brings the highest level of passion into his work which is seen through his personality and the aim in making sure everyone has a smile while they train.

 

Des takes a scientific detailed approach to his training and makes this specific to their life whether that is sport related or daily living activities.

We train hard because life demands strength. We focus on real-world fitness – to move better, feel better, and stay strong for the long haul. We don’t chase quick fixes. We build lasting results through consistency, effort and a community that lifts each other up. And yes – we have fun doing it!
