About Josh...
Josh is a trainer who has a very high attention to detail and gives belief in his clients that they have unlimited potential.
Josh allows clients to realise the capabilities of their body and pushing them throughout the session allows for this to happen which clients perform much higher than their perceived standards.
He takes a scientific and educational approach to training and nutrition to allow clients to achieve their targets. Having this understanding creates the fun in helping clients achieve their goal and the hunger for the individuals to achieve so much more.
